1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all our digital guides and downloadable blueprints. If you determine the materials do not align with your business goals, you may request a standard refund within 7 days of your initial transaction.

Important notice for international cardholders: If you need to request a refund, please email our direct support team at support@apexskillshub.online instead of filing a dispute with your credit card institution. Direct email requests are processed and credited significantly faster within 24 to 48 business hours.

2. Processing Your Refund

To request a refund, please send an explicit email with your full name and transaction invoice number. Once authorized, the transaction will be credited back immediately by our system to your original payment method (Stripe), appearing on your statement according to your local bank's processing cycles.

3. Corporate Consulting Exceptions

Fees related to customized 1-on-1 private advisory or live strategic corporate consulting sessions that have already been executed are non-refundable, as the service hours have been rendered.
